Driving through the mountain areas is a very special experience! We will let you know which route to take: If you want to start in Munich/Germany, we suggest continuing to drive to Innsbruck in Tyrol/Austria. We will not let you take a fastest way on the highway, no, you have to drive on the scenery mountain roads and passes.
You will enjoy the villages along the way and learn about tradition and culture. We know where to stay overnight and we will teach you about the sights and the places. Merano in South Tyrol/Italy is a beautiful Spa city worth to stay for a few nights. The Alps Mountains are full of National Parks including the Dolomites National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will be stunned by the amazing views!
If there is time, you can spend a while in Venice before heading north again. Zell am See or Kaprun can be your destination, experience the glaciers in that area and drive through the valleys to end up in Munich again.
